Rooms in brand new apartment

Hi everybody, I'm renting out two rooms in a brand new apartment. It's a 102 sqm four bedroom apartment, with new common kitchen, livingroom, balcony and bath. It's located on Amager close to public transport. The rooms are 5000 and 5500 plus utilities, and it is allowed to have pets, however we will need permission first. I know it's not a lot of information that I've given you, and I could tell you all about me and the rooms, but I know that you've already been looking at A LOT of adds, and I would much rather tell you about the place over a cup of coffee or something.
