I hope you don't mind me writing to you in English, but I have not been able to learn much Danish yet.
Please consider me for your room, as I have been looking for sometime now and the rooms seem to be taken so quickly! Also, no one seems to want to consider a 20 year old man! (Most of the ads are for women!) I promise that I know how to behave and I really need to find a place to live and make my life here.
Just to tell you a bit about myself...
I am from the UK, born and brought up in Bristol. I am very sociable and am used to living with other people, in a big family, sharing different cultures.
I am a trained chef and got a job at Manfred's restaurant in Norrebro in July, having worked in Relae restaurant for an internship for a few weeks. I am so excited to be in Copenhagen. I love the city, the people and the cuisine and am learning new things every day.
My job at Manfred's is permanent and I hope to stay for up to a year in the first instance. I work 4 long days per week and you would not see me on those days. When I come in late, I am extremely quiet and make sure I don't disturb anyone. On my 3 days off per week I tend to catch up on my sleep, rest and then enjoy visiting Copenhagen or socialising with flatmates, if possible.
I would be very happy to share in a cooking and cleaning rota on my days off. Perhaps I could try some new cooking ideas out on you!
I have been living in AirBnB apartments so far, sharing with Danish flatmates, and have a good reference with regards to my cleanliness and considerate behaviour.
I like to socialise and go to parties at times. I am friendly and easy going, with a good sense of humour. I love watching films and cycling around the city.
I am paid a full salary and could pay this rent, but my parents would also be prepared to guarantee the rent payments if this would reassure you further.
