I moved to Copenhagen just at the beginning of March.
I am an Assistant Professor at DTU, 31 years old, and I am looking for a 2-room (1-bedroom) apartment in Copenhagen area.
I have an open-end work contract from DTU and plan to stay in Copenhagen in the long-term. I am taxed under the favorable expat taxation with a salary of about 480.000 DKK currently.
I have been living abroad for several years and have been exposed a lot to the Scandinavian culture as I was in a long-term relationship with a Norwegian girlfriend. Before coming to Denmark I was living in the USA for two years, spending one year at MIT in Boston and one year in Berkeley, California. Before that I was living in Zurich, Switzerland for more than five years. Originally I come from Greece.
I can speak some Norwegian and I am fluent in German, but my Danish is not at the right level yet. I plan to obtain working proficiency in Danish in the near future though.
I am an easy-going person and I have always been taking very good care of all the apartments I have lived in. I am currently staying at temporary housing offered by DTU and I am looking forward to moving in to my own apartment.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Med venlig hilsen,
