I am a 22 year old 4th year Chemistry student from Scotland doing a year abroad at Aarhus University from September to June. I am a friendly creature and like a chat but can respect a closed door as well. At the moment I can’t speak Danish very well as everything I know is from Duolingo, so all I can say is things like Drengen spiser bjørnens æble etc. Once I am in Denmark I hope to learn some more useful sentences.
I really like listening to music and also make electronic music on my laptop, as well as playing guitar and keyboard. My other hobby at the moment is drawing. So far I’ve just been drawing Game of Thrones characters and my great aunt’s parrot, but if you want a portrait of yourself drawn then I am your perfect flatmate.
I don’t do any sports at the moment, but I do like running and cycling when the weather is nice. I did Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for a year and a half a couple years ago, so I come with a small amount of added protection for the flat. I also like hill walking but I imagine this will be challenging to do in Denmark.
I am very tidy, especially in public areas (not as much in my own room). I am proactive and not at all lazy and will happily do whatever jobs need doing around the flat. I am also a world renowned Michelin rated chef and can cook innovative meals such as chicken curry, chilli con carne and breakfast.
I will be travelling to the land of Denmark on 2nd September, and staying until June 2017. As such I can’t come and visit the flat before then, however I would be happy to Skype.
