Hello potential flatmate/landlord!
I'm an English architectural visualiser. In simple words, I use computers to colour in buildings. I've just moved to Copenhagen for a new job at an office based in Islands Brygge. I'm ideally looking for something in Amager, Vesterbro or Christianshaven as these are still fairly central but close to my work. However I currently live in Fredriksberg and would be happy to live here, Nørrebro or in other southern areas that are still within a 15-20 minute cycling distance to Islands Brygge.
Being new in the city, I'd love to find a place with some local flatmates, but I'm also open to a one-bedroom flat.
To live with I am a good balance of sociable but respectful of others' personal space, clean, considerate and tidy (the usual desirable qualities). I like all things art and design, music, coffee and food related - and looking forward to finding more of those in Copenhagen. If you can help me practice my Danish that would be even better. I would like to live with people who I can become friends with and explore the city with.
I need a place by October 15th and I'm able to visit any potential properties any evening or weekend day.
