I'm Vineesh Indira Chandran and I'm working as an Assistant Professor at Aarhus University. I saw your apartment advertisement in Boligsurf and wanted to communicate with you regarding that. We are a family of 3, myself, my wife (Severine Saritha Saldanha) and daughter (Ryka Saritha Vineesh) and we are originally from India, but travelling and working for the last 15 years in different countries (Sweden, USA, and Denmark). My wife is a Physiotherapist and my daughter will be going to Aarhus International school from August 2023. We were living in Odense for the last 3 years in a rented apartment.

We are particularly looking for a place near Aarhus Central, since that will be walking distance from my daughter's school and your apartment was a perfect match in that regard in addition to the nice location. We do not have pets at home. We are also very particular about a clean environment, so we plan to keep your apartment really clean and tidy.
