I'm Julius, a German student about to dive into the world of International Business at CBS in Copenhagen. As I'm preparing for this exciting new chapter, I'm on the hunt for a place to stay in the city.

Responsible and Trustworthy:
Being a student has taught me the importance of responsibility and you can count on me to take good care of your place!

Financial stability:
Thanks to my family's support, some budgeting skills and my self-employed side-hustle, I've got the finances covered for rent and all expenses during my time in Copenhagen.

Clean and well-structured:
I'm a stickler for cleanliness and just need my room/apartment to be clean at all times. And I promise to respect your property and the people around.

Flexible Stay:
3 months? 12 months? Or 2 years? Whatever time span you'd like to rent out your property, I'm principally open for it!

I'm super pumped about embracing Copenhagens culture and academics. Finding a fitting apartment is a big part of this and I really hope you'd consider me for it. :)
