Hi There,
We are Evan and Gracia, two students from Ireland (Me) and Spain (Gracia) who are currently studying culinary arts in University of Barcelona! As part of our course we have to do the first semester in University and then the second semester in a kitchen, luckily this is what has brought us both to Copenhagen. With Me (Evan) being 19 years old and Gracia being 22, we think it is very important to take advantage of this opportunity and get what we believe to be the best experience we can. I will be working in Restaurant Alchemist, doing 4 days a week with 16 hour shifts (Wednesday - Saturday) On my days off i hope to explore Copenhagen, the rest of Denmark and maybe a few other countries close by!!
Gracia is going to be working in Noma, where she will be working 5 days a week and also doing 16 hour shifts (Tuesday - Saturday) We will both be spending our days off together so therefore neither of us will really be spending that much time at home.
We are due to arrive in copenhagen on January 26th and will be staying until june 30th.
We have an overall budget for rent of 10000kr per month
